Prós: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Contras: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Prós: The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Contras: I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Prós: Average friendliness of crew, paying for extra leg room seat is a must

Contras: Food with a taste, rather than dull

Prós: Sleeping and being left alone

Contras: Food, Service by cabin crew because they never smiled

Contras: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.

Prós: Boarded fast

Contras: Hours of flight

Prós: Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned.

Contras: More water, I was thirsty most of the time.

Prós: TAP is great to fly, friendly, safe and solid, nice crew

Prós: Sleeping and being left alone

Prós: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Contras: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Prós: TAP HAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE SEATS THAT RECINE VERY VERY FAR.

Contras: CREW NEVER CAME AROUND AND OFFERED WATER, LIKE OTHER AIRLINES DO. THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH DURING A LONG FLIGHT OF 7.5 HOURS, AND SITTING ON THE PLANE FOR A TOTAL OF 8.5 HOURS.....
