Very convenient shuttle
Adjacent restaurant is poor
The hotel appeared clean and the room was quiet. The breakfast offered was fine and the complimentary shuttle to the airport worked out very well. We drove to Boston's north end for a wonderful Italian dinner and getting back and forth was simple and straight forward.
We found that the room telephone did not work when we attempted to contact the front desk to retreive our car from the valet parking. Also, the television stopped delivering all the channels...it intially worked with all channels but then a number of them "disappeared" which was disappointing. It would be better, also, if Pay per View was available as we would have enjoyed staying in and watching a good movie before an early morning flight.
The place was well kept and my accommodations were good, especially for a very reasonable price.
I was disturbed by a loud conversation in the next room for a while and an air mattress endeavor at about 3am across the hall. The walls may be a bit thin there. Those were the only issues however.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and very supportive. I had to fax a confirmation letter to the Bank, so the manager Maxim Davidov did everything to fax a letter on time and was willing and eager to help. I also liked that we did not have to ask twice for anything that we requested.
I liked everything regarding the hotel. My only concern was location. I had an exam in Boston and it takes about 7-8 stops by metro to get to the city of Boston. But then again, the price was very convenient, especially when you are on a budget. Also very close to the Logan International airport.
Close to airport and free shuttle to the airport. Maybe free shuttle from the airport would be great too.
It had a shuttle to and from airport. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. It is a short distance from the airport

Had no problems.
The hotel was close to Logan International Airport, which was very important to us, as we were staying just one night before flying out the next day. The shuttle bus picked us up at the airport withing 15 minutes and took us back to the airport at 5:00 AM the next morning--right on time. Everyone was very pleasant.

Overall the stay was good,But on the second night we were awakend at 4:45am by the fire alarm and had to walk down seven flights of stairs only to be told it was a problem with the system and it was a false alarm. When we mentioned this at our departure we were told they would not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. We had run into a simalar situation before at Holiday Inn and were immediately offered a refund on our room for that night.
