The reception staff were very helpful, assisting us when needing local information, photocopying etc.The breakfast was outstanding and restaurant staff also very pleasant. For a family hotel, which was what we needed, it was expensive, but we knew the price so can't complain and the location was good.Tea or coffeee facilities during the day would have been good, especially at that price, even Premier Inns have a kettle etc, so it was more like a B&B in that respect.!
no tea/coffee making facility in room
small but nice indoor swimming pool
Very good location with parking in the center of the city. The room was nice and people at reception and breakfast were very kind (english and french speaking).
Big rooms, good wellness facilities The hotel is dated. Most things are old, some things are broken. Our sink was broken so we had to move to another room.
Indoor pool for the kids when I had to do some work.
The Hotel breakfast was good and the room spacious. The TV was old and channels were mostly non-english.
The sauna was nice and the pool, good for relaxing after a long day Would be nice if the sauna was open longer.
The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I slept very, very well. Rooms were small by American standards, but well-appointed and clean. I particularly liked the luggage racks and all the in-room storage. The included breakfast was delicious and practically enough to feed me for an entire day. Although smoking was not supposed to be allowed anywhere, my room always smelled of smoke after I returned each evening. I think the cleaning staff smoked. I could air it out by opening the window for a few minutes. The Queen-sized bed actually consisted of two single beds pushed together, which left a small gap in the middle. WiFi coverage was not great in my room at the end of the hall, but it worked.
