As shown above we paid for an upgraded room which included CD player and free pay channels. I was with my daughter and as we did not intend to be out late in the evening having films available to watch was the reason we upgraded. I asked the hotel reception and was told that they were not available.
Staff was friendly and location was amazing...it was near the most popular part in prague... Ac was not cool enough...but weather was good anyways...
The food and drink were excellent and the rooms were spacious and well presented. The service was good and staff very attentive. Heavy smoking in the bar with no area to go to get away from it.
very friendly staff. good facilities. central location
service, design, breakfast, location
We had a wonderful time at the hotel, all the staff was very nice and helpfull. I recomend this hotel to every body.
Central location. Good breakfast. Efficient staff.
The staff at Radisson Blu Alcron are the friendliest and most personable bunch of people. From the front desk to the bar staff, they made any first time travelers to Prague very welcomed. Ondrej took the time to point out some of the best places to see and things to do while in Prague. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The rooms are very quiet even the ones facing the main thoroughfare. The rooms are rather small. They can really do away with the fabric sofas in the room (hygiene reasons) and just place 2 armchairs in the room to open up the space.
Staff were very friendly, rooms beautifully furnished and a lovely upgrade due to the fact that this was our wedding anniversary. Breakfast is excellent.
I liked the kindness of the sraf. They helped us with every question and need. the room was cleened every day we left the room
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were just what we required for our long weekend in Prague.
1. Very friendly staff. 2. Large room with all facilities needed. 3. Excellent buffet breakfast. 4. Suitably located close to Prague attractions. Nothing. We had an enjoyable time.
The staff service is outstanding, perfect and very nice.
location is excellent. you can do all the important sites by walking. you don't need the metro. It was not 5 stars hotel service. We needed to argue about late checkout although the hotel was empty, the food in breakfast was cold, the room was small and no ventilation. The price of the transfer from the airport was outrageous.
Staff spoke English very well and helped with every little detail.
Proximity to all sites in Prague, to the metro, to the trams, to the shopping area. Service excellent. Bar very quiet at night. We had to go out to have a drink in a social atmosphere.
The location was excellent. The room was luxurious. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. It was terrific having our car taken care of at check-in in this very busy city.
The location and the decor. No.
Staff very nice and helpful. excellent service we stayed in a room next to the lift. the noise was terrible!
Quality of fixtures and finishes was high - Bathroom very nice, Breakfast room and selection excellent. Service of all staff very high. Location very good.
If next time I am go to Prague, I will stay only this hotel.Thank you.
The hotel is situated next to the one of central street in Prague. Service is excellent. They have problem with Internet connection. It was exception that this time I really had to connect with the Internet... but I couldnt.
The day we left my 13 yr old daughter was sick - we were allowed to keep one of our rooms without any fuss until 7.0p.m. - she was much inproved by then - that touch was just great No
From the moment I arrived, Oktavi at the front desk established this Hotel as Superior in every way, I honestly felt like I was being received at a 5 star hotel. The room was excellent, enormous windows, luxurious linens, a bathroom that anyone would envy to have in their own home, (a full-size deep-set tub, antique external plumbing fixtures of stainless and brass, Carrera marble everywhere, a bidet and plenty of counter space). Breakfast was the best of 8 hotels I stayed in on this visit, endless variety, perfect service, mountains of choices. I loved this hotel, it was worth twice the price I paid for it. Housekeeping was the only weak point, but even so, it wasn't bad enough to complain about. It was only a shadow in an otherwise perfect experience.
general atmosphere and the room is great for breakfeast: some fruits were not fresh, but from cans (ananas, mandarines); I think for a 4 star hotel this should not happen.
The fact that the hotel was clean, modern and the food was good. The hotel was also very well located No complaints whatsoever!!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is great! The restaurant serves a various choice of international dishes at very reasonable prices and the food is very delicious! Overall we had a great stay and would go back any time! no
Excellent location, walking distance from all the sights The carpets are looking rather dirty.
Ich kann das Hotel Yasmin nicht beurteilen, da wir wegen einer Überbuchung am Anreisetag in ein anderes Hotel wechseln mussten. Die Abwicklung vom Hotel-Wechsel hat aber gut geklappt.
Modern room in good central location They don't provide an iron and board, you have to pay to have things pressed
the room was ready with our requirement, the check-in staff was clear, some front desk staff and duty manager was very cooperative, good breakfast although limited, good restaurant and room service staff, good housekeeping staff, good location. was not sure if we have given "Junior Suite" it seemed "Yasmin Suite" as toled by the bell boy, the room is not children friendly, limited tv channels: non for children, most of the lifts were out of service, limited room service menu: non for children, no children laundry price list. We needed to go to a hospital for an accident, but the front desk staff was not helpful to a first timer traveler to Prague!
Location, polite and efficient staff on Reception and dining room Limited coffee/tea in room. A free ungrade was mentioned on the website - this was requested as the trip was for my husbands special birthday but did not recieve despite the hotel being relatively quiet and it was low season.
Breakfast buffet was splendid; fresh grapefruit was out of this world; coffee was great. Hotel decor is ultra modern-very, very nice. A beautiful courtyard for dining area. Our room was huge with a sitting area. The young man helping with our luggage and our car provided the best service we've ever had. Detailed directions on how to reach the hotel by car would have helped. Prague is a challenge--it took us a long time to figure out a way to get there.
Clean, spacious, quiet, and easy to get to from the train station. The boyf and I like walking around so taking that 5-10 min walk each day to the center wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for lazy tourists. Double beds are literally two beds pulls together... but that's a Europe thing, not a Yasmin hotel thing.
Second time we have stayed at the Yasmin. Excellent hotel, great location, clean, staff helpful and a good breakfast. Would definately stay again and recommend.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to make our visit pleasant. The room was quiet, and reasonably well set up. Very close to train station, and very convenient to most parts of Prague.
I like relax, shoping,to work in internet,to visit interesting place of the city A poor choice on the breakfast
good breakfast spread though it was made to understand that it is airconditioned the room was very hot
clean, quiet, cosy room with style, nice breakfast, good and polite service, good location adds up to a perfect stay too few and small elevators
Great service, were very accommodating to our needs- charming suite! Thanks :)
location of the hotel
The staff was extremely friendly. The location was great (near to everything). My room was even better than I expected from the photos.
Breakfast and location Air in the room was stuffy because it was a smoking room, also lobby bar was full of smoke. Room was too warm because there was no air condition. Bed was hard.
almost every thing, location, food, the room. room cleaing and service was not up to the standard of five star hotel
The staff was the best Prague, Europe or anywhere could offer. Spacious rooms, meticulously clean, heart of the action, spacious and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere and decor are the finest. If you want to stay where every need is catered, this is the place. The staff was definitely thebest I've ever encountered. We had a 6:15 AM departing flight, they had a van waiting for us at 4:00. Lucia, at the desk even had packed us breakfast to go because of the early hour. The lobby bar wait staff was phenomenal, friendly and recommended great places to eat, drink, attractions. I will definitely be back. That I had to leave
The hotel location is excellant but rooms are very small and is not upon to my level Size of the room
Very nice hotel - excellent facilities, helpful staff, central location Only negative points were lack of individual air conditioning in room. I stayed in April, so was not too much of a problem, but I imagine in the summer it could be very hot. Also the walls seem thin, so I could hear when people were using the shower next in the next room
Great location - charming old world atmosphere - good breakfast The Front Desk staff could be less "frosty" and more accommodating (especially ladies)
Comfortable and a very good position. Even though it was further away from the Old Town it was close enough (10-15min walk) but less expensive and quite luxurious. Excellent large comfortable bed. Even though the room was not huge it was very comfortable. We also had good views of the city. Heating was too hot but may not be an issue at a different time of the year.
Service and proximity to the center of the city Air conditioning didn't work. Room was too warm as was the restaurant
Lovely Hotel, Staff, however were rude, obnoxious and unpleasant. Reception staff not included, they were very helpful. Ordered tea for two from room service, the maid brought tea for one and was very rude when I asked for another and then demanded the extra tray back immediately!!! This experience ruined the atmosphere and romance of the hotel for me.
Great hotel. fantastic location, close to everything. Staff wre very obliging, great breakfast.
One of your Desk Staff was exceptional in assisting us with our stay with you. A real gem of a person. I am so sorry we do not have her name, however, she assisted us on our first night and again at least twice more. The beds in Rm 411.
good hotel staff overall not up to our standards
Good hotel , very near to train station, other cities attractions. Breakfast okay. Reception staff helpful & friendly. Very small window. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was great in the restaurant.
Car pickup service from airport and into city No high-speed Internet from rooms
Good location, nice breakfast A bit noisy rooms at street side (other side was fine).
Location Breakfast was cheap (no brewed coffee, no fresh juice, cappucino extra charge) considering the price paid per night. Extra person charge is higher than normal rate in Europe.
Location, restaurant food. Hotel is not 5 star but a very good 4 staff is not a helpful one they forgot to wake me up for my flight and get me a taxi that I asked them night before
Everything was great! The hotel was very close to city center (max. 10 minutes by walking) and also it was near to Metro Station. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and all staff was very friendly and helpful. You get the worth of your money. Nothing.
location and friendliness
godd quality of wi-fi room's too small
Good breakfast buffet and good location
The complimentary breakfast was excellent - great variety and good value for money. The staff were also very attentive
My daughter and I came to Prague for the Christmas Markets which were great fun. The restaurants were very good with live music in most. We thought the hotel was excellent and the staff very helpful. The only thing we found a bit menacing was that there were a great deal of men around the area whom where obviously touting for business. It stopped us from going out on our first night but we did find that they did not bother us. So we would not recommend this hotel for lone ladies.
Good breakfast and pleasant staff particuarly the receptionist who booked us in and then had to change our room. A bit of a shock when we arrived to find it was being completely renovated at front, however after a room change to back of Hotel it was fine and certainly didnt inconveience us at all.
location is excellent bathroom is poor so bad
Friendly staff & modern decor in rooms. Very clean rooms. Larger than expected.
location Room# 310 - TV remote control is damaged, Sink in the bathtube isn't working
location; though too many unsavoury characters around at night bathroom and view from window
the heating did not work
Das Frühstück war gelinde gesagt sehr spartanisch und einem 4-Sterne Haus nicht würdig (sorry, aber noch Ostblock-mäßig)
The location No free internet in the rooms
clenliness of the room night porter who couldn't understand english speaking ...also after dark late night you have to wait for the porter to arrive at the gate to let you in for the hotel ....and you should mention to future people staying that its around 75 metre walk through an arcade to the hotel ...breakfast was continental type no hot food and there was not much on offer towards the late breakfast in cold meats !.
staff its ok Its not good level
Because they were overbooked, the Elysee Hotel let us stay in a suite for the price of a regular room. I also liked that breakfast was included in the price of the room for a reasonable amount. Because of the reasonable prices, this hotel does attract a lot of young tourists, who were particularly loud and even caused a fire at 6 in the morning during our stay.
i best liked the locationn of the hotel and availability of all sights. Closed gates at the exit to Venceslav Sq.
Well-maintained hotel, close to Wenceslas Square and Old Town, with friendly, polite staff and providing ample breakfast to suit all tastes. Its closeness to the centre's drinking establishments can mean noisy revellers on the street below on a Saturday night.
Great location, 10 min walk to old town square, very clean, modern, comfortable, breakfast is decent. Rude staff but above average by comparison to czech standards. Advertised wifi in room but this is not true. Only in lobby.
good central location for sightseeing. Room comfortable. Noisy outside with early morning bottle bank collection.
Cleaning could have been better, room needs more electric plugs in my opinion. Room very dry.
Everything was almost perfect during our stay at BW Maj Plaza. The staff was nice and friendly, we had our room cleaned every day and the way how it was done was nicely with care not to tuch our thigs. The breakfast wasn't the same all the time-there was a little bit of variety. The location is also very comfortable espesially for tourists and business trips, as there are two metro station next to the hotel and it's a 10 or 15 min walk to Orloj. At the same time it wasn't noisy at all around the hotel. For short, we enjoyed our stay at the BW Maj Plaza. Well, I think, that the reason why I feel a little bit upset about my stay at the hotel hardly can be removed or improved. The matter is that there is a bad bathroom sound insulation. We didn't hear any sounds but only the moments when somebody - I mean our neirbours - took shower or bath. I could hear the water sound and the noise because of using different things at the bathroom. So sometimes I thought that our neibours had their bathroom in our bedroom. Nevertheless it would be a little bit stressfull only for those people who has a sensitive sleeping like me:)) My husband slept very well in the mornings and heard nothing:)
Convenient location, breakfast
This is a new hotel and right now it is in extremely good shape. I like the location with easy access to shopping and all major attractions. My hotel room didn't just have hotel-like furniture, rather, it was designed in a type of art deco style. Obviously someone actually thought this trough and it shows. Of course, there is a good danger that the quality will not last. As we often see in similar new hotels, the moment the staff lets the first dirt spot remain on the carpet or upholstery, it will go down hill. But if they manage to keep their standards high, this will be my first hotel choice anytime I am in Prague. The buffet breakfast, although good, had rather limited choices.
location and beautifully decorated hotel, excellent breakfast It was like a good symphony badly played, the Aircon was poor, you could not cool the room enough to sleep under the doonas provided, the windows, single glazed, let in a lot of noise, nothing was replaced in the room in 4 days. They grabbed your bags in the foyer and you then had to tip, not giving you a choice.
The hotel was very clean, but we found its style was old fashioned. I had requested a double bed in my booking which you confirmed was available, on arrival i recieved a twin beded room.
We were very satisfied with the location, staff service, comfort and etc. We found the room very small.
Really loud Staff was not friendly
very welcoming and clean. good location
the location of the hotel none
Excellent value for money, Breakfast was great. Nothiung
Hotel staff most pleasant & helpful. Good variety for breakfast. The location was not in a good area. "Cabaret Darling" right next door gave an indication of the type of area we were in. This is a pity for the hotel as it is very good.
The location is very good for a tourist in Prague
Great hotel in a great location.
Location, cleanliness, friendliness & efficiency of staff, good breakfast. NO
The hotel is beautiful. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and completely lovely. fantastic location in Prague!
Perfect location to everything. Need to get better pillows
Very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Free English movie channels. The two strip clubs next door made it difficult to walk to the hotel at night without getting harassed to go in. Also, large groups of men hung out in the street which was not ideal for a solo female traveler
We paid the extra to get a room with a view and outdoor area - this was a minimal charge which was well worth it. We were on the top level of the hotel and had a huge outdoor area (with lounging outdoor chairs and a table) which only we had access to - the view wasn't bad either. The rooms were clean, there was ample choice for breakfast and it was in a great spot to see the town.
Comfortable and clean, good location, restuarants nearby. good breakfast
Everything was great... the hotel...the staff...the facilities....it has a payed parking but only for a few cars and its pretty expensive.... the room was great ...clean....big bathroom....big room...much light... very close to city center .... has a wellness facility available .....masseur(and its pretty cheap and very good) What can i say...i reccomend it warmly and if i visit prague for the future will definitely go to the same hotel :)
The hotel is very central located, just some steps from Wenceslas Square, rooms were very clean, modern and nice in design, big breakfast buffet with everything you desire, restaurants and cafes in the same street, supermarket is not very far to walk...i can recommend this hotel to every prague visitor!
Nice staff and clear facitlies,Easy accessibility location for city sightseeing and tour,
all ok, but only coffe expres no good, perhaps because i am italian....
It was very central, just off Wens. Square. There was a small shop just across the road from the hotel. An Irish bar, Indian Rest. Steak Rest. all on the street. I asked the receptionist to recommend an Italian Rest. in the Old Town & she said she did not know any.
The quietude inside the hotel and the helpfullness of the employees. The breakfast was also quite nice. It's not really a hotel problem per se, but the street gets very noise at night with people talking loudly and cars going on really fast... It's more like a Prague problem than any other thing. We were on the 4th floor and it was a bit annoying during the night, but the comfortable beds did compensate it :)
Location was good, 24 hr reception No bar
everything was perfect. there was no internet corner.
money exange rate breakfast, early checkout
Free internet! since new, reception staff a little too new,! though helpful,many things didnt work alarms went off on its own etc;
The accomodations, airport pick up... The breakfast staff were rude
Very clean and tidy. Good service and excellent breakfast. Internet was not working in the hotel even though it was clearly advertised there was.
I've stayed twice at Hotel Christie. Excellent location, right in the heart of Prague, pretty much everything worth seeing is within walking distance (old town center, wenceslas square, loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, night clubs). The hotel also has a nice design and friendly staff. The double rooms are quite common, but the triple rooms are superb and very large. Also, the lounge on the ground floor is quite nice and practical, as you cannot smoke in the rooms (except for a fee of 15EUR/day) No WiFi in the rooms :( They do have a WiFi network for every floor but it doesnt work. The only one working is on the ground floor.
Location Breakfast Room dirty dust all over Carpet the sheet even have blood stains on it.
My daughter, her friend, and my wife all stayed at this nice little hotel in Prague for the technical theater Quadrennial conference. The staff was extraordinarily helpful - on one day, they packed a 'to-go breakfast when a taxi left earlier than the hours when the daily breakfast was in operation.
Very nice staff None
The room was very comfortable and very clean.room controlled heating and free safe. No tea making facilities, restaurant prices quite high amd no english tv channels .
Its in a very good location. Its very central to everything 5, 10 minutes to most places of interest. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful.
Good location and good security. Breakfast is ok and the staffs during the day are helpful. Wifi connection is free and stable. The staff at night is terrible and impolite. My father couldn't stop coughing during the night because of the weather. We ask for hot water at reception around 11.30 pm, the staff told us that they cannot boil water for us because the kitchen has closed already. I was almost begging him to find some other way to have hot water for us. However, he said we should take hot water from the tap if we insist! I felt so unrespected and how come a 4-star hotel could not even offer a cup of hot water during the night?!
Excellent hotel, staff polite and welcoming 1st Class. Could possibly have provided a tea/ coffee making facilities in room.
Excellent service from the staff and a very spacious room (by European standards). Its location is central, however, the neighborhood is a bit seedy, as there are "cabarets" on just about every corner, and men who approach you and solicit you to go to these places.
We liked the central location with easy access to the metro and train station. Also short walking distance to Old Town area. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts. Efficient and helpful receptionists.
friendly , helpful staff
Nice location Old hotel
The location Wifi was working very badly. I wasnt able to connect to it and the staff was not skilled enough to help me.
Fantastic location Breakfast was disappointing
The Location is exellent. Hotel is Clean and safe for Tourist and Business people.
Unfriendly staff. Location is excellent. Facility is old. Room small but adequate. Good to just sleep, take a shower and get the hell out
Excellent location, nice stuff, comfortable room.
The location, spacious room, friendly staff and excellent breakfeast poor lighting conditions in the room and lack of lobby
just the location, it is perfect. you don't need to take bus or merto to visit the historical Prague The breakfast was poor. and if you want to have a shower you shoul do it with cold water- there was no hot water!!!
The location wasn't bad. It's noisy, and not a lot of amenities.
Fantastic hotel one of the best I've stayed in!
Location Staff Modern touch of ambiance Divided beds rather than expected single queen mattress Very simplistic room decor
The front desk was knowledgable, helpful, and likeable, particularly a pretty lady with short brown hair, she kicked off our stay! The whole interior of the hotel had a new age, rave, club, artsy look and feel. Blacked out halls, with white writing lit with black lights, pointed us in the direction of our room, numbered with green LED lights. Our room had a mural painted by a local artist, which is a nice show of appreciation for their city, and kept the fun going. Energized and curious of what else the hotel had to offer, we returned down stairs to find the 360 lounge, we were helped by an enthusiastic bartender with an undercut, brown hair, brown eyes, (the one on the tv's you'll see around the long floor). Usually a hotel takes away from the city you visit, usually a neutral setting that doesn't represent the city at all. Not this hotel. The Fusion was an unexpected experience that added to our over all vacation, keeping us in the high energy that exudes throughout Prague. When we come back, we will be staying here again.
