Prós: The fact that I made it to my destination on time was good. Flight attendants were very professional and attractive, pleasant to speak with.

Contras: It was a couple days ago and I had had a long previous day so I don’t recall anything that was so out of place that really requires any improvement.

Contras: Check in. A nightmare Boarding. A nightmare Waiting 1 hour for the bags to arrive. A nightmare

Prós: A comida estava agradável e os filmes também!

Contras: Teria sido melhor se eu não ter tomado um banho de chá quente quando as comissárias passaram distribuindo e por algum motivo caiu um copo cheio de chá bem em cima de mim. Péssima experiência.

Prós: Aeromexico’s service during check in and boarding is the worst I’ve experienced so far. They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days.

Contras: Make it to the airport 4 hrs earlier, 3 is not enough at least at the Mx city airport

Prós: A tripulação foi muito atenciosa. Também o espaço disponível foi maior do que o que vem sendo oferecido por outras empresas aéreas.

Contras: Flight overbooked, they assigned me a seat 5 minutes before departure
