Beautiful facility, great service.
Had a mix up with the final bill, someone else's room service was charged to our room. Staff quickly corrected it.
Location was convenient
Would like to have had free breakfast and free parking
The iron or coffee pot didn't work. The train noise through the night kept me up. Not to mention the extremely small beds that were very uncomfortable. To me the average price for that hotel is extremely over priced!
When we told the lady about everything she acted like it was no big deal like ot happens all the time. I will never ever stay there again. The average holiday inn is way better than there.
all the staff where very nice and helpful, super clean room and nice view. I'd stay here again
The hotel being in Bricktown made it perfect for this stay.
There is very little parking available near the hotel so valet parking is about the only choice. Overnight was $25.
Lobby was very nice with the koi ponds and the glass elevator. Swimming pool was very clean and upkept
Room was very outdated. No fridge or microwave. No tv channel list in the room as well
Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly, cannot get over how every single person there was just so warming! Even the security was more than charming! Definitely my go to place now!
25 dollars a night parking is ridiculous
It was clean, nice and professional
Bad thing is...WiFi was not free, there wasn't even a complimentary WiFi with option to upgrade. Their basic was over $12 a day the upgrade was even more. No free TV in room. If you want to watch anything but weather bring checkbook!Looked nice but charged
Great customer service. Everyone was very accommodating and hospitable.
Rooms are a bit dated.
Hotel was so hot we had to sleep with window open with a blizzard going on outside. Couldn't change thermostat. The door rattled all night. Was a very sleepless night
Our room was beautiful
Very chintzy of them to only have one coffee pod. I thought it was a housekeeping error, but our brother in the next room had the same complaint. $25 valet parking, and having to tip the valet every time we needed our car was a big drag.
They need to update the rooms. For this star level, I would expect much better.
you can hear people talk outside pretty loud. mattress makes noise like squeaking sound. you have to go with valet parking. I asked if there is self parking and was told there is one but 4-5 blocks away. whaaat??
Location, amenities, nice lobby.
Expensive, yet slow valet service. Dated, worn out, fake plastic ivy plants filling the perimeter of the lobby that were so dirty and full of trash that I had sneezing fits when leaving the room.
I enjoyed the proximity to Bricktown & the Riverwalk.
I DID NOT like the $27 dollars per night I was required to spend for parking overnight (valet). I think this price is way too high....
Good location - only a few blocks away from Bricktown.
There is not really an option for self parking. Self parking is 4 blocks away and therefore, everyone valets for the extra $13. Can't believe a hotel would not have a parking area, especially in a downtown area.
Not as clean as I expect a 4 star hotel
Concierge was nice, quite surprised me asking him a question didnt also show up on the bill.
They should rename this hotel to the nickel and dime hotel. Valet parking is $25, theres no parking. Water bottle provided in room, $5. Breakfast? $19 My room had poor plumbing and the ac cut out in the middle of the night. Ill bet the wifi is extra
staff was extremely nice. Nice location if your doing things in the downtown area. Breakfast buffet was very nice but wasn't aware it was going to cost $19 for the buffet.
Had to use valet parking because no parking areas located anywhere near the hotel for overnight say and valet was $25. Also, no microwave or refrigerator in room. No fan in bathroom, so it got very steamy in there.
Mandatory valet parking, 25.00 PLUS TAX. One toilet not flushing in room. Wifi was not free of charge.
Overnight parking is 25 per night with the valet, the next closest parking is at least a block away, would be nice to have something decent available through the hotel
Location, location, location
$28/day valet parking. A $6/day parking garage is just around the corner.
Great location near Bricktown.
No refrigerator in bedroom. Small tub and shower. $50 deposit per night that you wait several days after checkout to be refunded. Overall, not nearly as nice as you'd expect for a 3-star hotel. I've stayed in 2-star hotels that were equal or better.
The location to everything in Downtown OKC was great. I'm sure, in its day the Hotel was very nice.
Our room felt very 'dated'. The key amenity in the room, the TV, had horrible reception and there was no channel guide anywhere. Also, no binder with Hotel services, Room service, hours of operation of restaurant, heath club facilities etc in our room.
common areas were nice. Bedding was very very nice.

The walls were paper thin and it was extremely noisy all night long. Heard people coming and going and every word of their conversation. Arrived at 10 p.m. and checked out at 8 a.m. Was charged both daily rate and overnight rate for valet parking.
The lobby is very nice and the valet were very pleasant.
We are 1 block from Chesapeake Arena where the Thunder play and as soon as the game came on, the channel in the rooms are blacked out. But they were playing it in the bar, where I couldn't go because I don't drink and I had kids with me!
The beds were way too small and the room smelled musty and old.
Close to Bricktown
25.00 per day for valet parking is crazy! No breakfast, no perks
the service the staff was friendly an helpful.
My judgement was as always the bed was it comfortable an good sleep for this star rating they need to up date there beds its a pillow top that was worn out an so I'm sleeping on a hard mattress with my back an neck problems this is very uncomfortable.
The room was great, the staff was excellent and very helpful.
I used the bathroom in the middle of the night and came back to find a bed bug crawling across my pillow. I called the manager and he was appropriately concerned but was not able to refund my room due to booking with Priceline.
It was convenient
No heat in the middle of an ice storm/blizzard...no refund because I booked on Priceline.
It was Beautiful.
When I went to check out the bill was like xxx. They said I had ordered room service The front desk lady Maranda was rude about it. I had to force them to check the tickets which it was a misake on their part They made me feel like I did not belong there
From check in to check out, we had fantastic service. We arrived around 4pm on June 13th, 2013, with a first request from our 8y/o for a room 'up high'...although our room was already assigned, it was changed w/ pleasure to the 11th floor. We went into our room, quickly put on our bathing suits, and went to the indoor pool (a lil cloudy), and when we came back I was shocked... a card & two adorable stuffed animals were given to us as a gift from mngmt (the animals were even the same so no fighting between the two gilrs!). Very thoughtful & w complimentary breakfast for us (my sign other & our girls). The breakfast was however a lil lacking as far as the quality of the omlets, the same date expiration of milk in which one of ours was spoiled, and the scrambled eggs not too good for a 4 star hotel...the oatmeal, bacon & fresh fruit were fantastic however. That evening, we were going to an event in bricktown, and easily took their free limo service to & from Bricktown...on the way ho...
The location to bricktown.
The first room we had hadnt been cleaned. The pillows and bedding smelled like a dog had been laying in them. Room was warm and musty. They promised they would move my valet ticket from the old room to the new one and didnt. Forgot bacon on breakfast.
Rooms looked clean.
Staff was terrible - gave me the wrong room and didn't provide the wake up call that I requested. Pool area was underwhelming, sauna did not work, we saw a roach, Starbucks was out of items I wanted. Do not see how this hotel maintains its high ratings.
I was pleased with everything except for the lack of control over the other guests.
We were pleased until it was time for us to go to sleep. There were very loud groups of people in the halls and it was impossible to sleep. We contacted the front desk and nothing wad dobe to resolve the issue.
My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel during the weekend of the George Strait concert...as was pretty much everyone in the hotel. We attempted to eat dinner before the concert in the hotel's restaurant. After sitting for 30 minutes without a server, I finally flagged one down to bring us drinks. We continued to wait an additional 50 minutes for an appetizer. The sad thing was, there really weren't that many people in the restaurant. Granted, there were probably more than they usually served because of concertgoers; however, most businesses bulk up staff when there's a big event coming to a facility two minutes away from them. Also, valet parking was a NIGHTMARE. We've stayed in larger cities when there were concerts in town and never had to wait so long for our car. The room was okay but for the price they charged, I would have at least expected free wireless and continental breakfast. Not recommended.
We booked this hotel for its location. We knew booking this hotel would cost more for its proximity to downtown OKC, however, I expected much more from a Marriott property. The room was less than average, very outdated. The bed sunk to the middle. At bedtime, the air conditioning wouldn't cool to our comfort. The bathtub was stained with what looked like mildew. The elevators were extra, extra slow. It was way overpriced for the condition of our room. Will not stay here ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone!
It is a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the glass elevators and the fish ponds. Eating in their restaurant was too expensive.
Best hotel service that we had ever had. We had two separate rooms, TVs in both (flatscreens), brought crib right up, bell hop gave us his cell # if we needed anything else. Offered free limo service to bricktown. Pool was great....kids loved elevator ride (glass), TV, & pool the most. Too expensive to eat in restaurant though (with 4). Would highly recommend.
the first night we stayed there was okay. The second night was awful. they assumed we were a mr and mrs which was highly offensive then, they showed the OU game in the bar area and allowed the people in the bar to scream and yell till midnight. we had a 7:00am flight and had to be up at 4:00am. we complained twice the manager called and said we could move rooms. right get up get dressed re-pack and move rooms, they just kept telling us it was an important game. we paid a pretty hefty room price to stay there so we could get a good night sleep. also the tvs in this hotel do not work, we had two different rooms cause our stay was not back to back, and neither room had a working tv.
It's a very nice property; very convenient to downtown venues; but the rooms have a dated feel to them, especially for the price.
For a four-star rated hotel the service we received from the front desk staff and manger was very poor (however room service, maintenance and restaurant staff were very pleasant). My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and were disappointed. The hotel has an excellent location and clean rooms but provides terrible service. Unless they can improve their customer service I would not recommend this hotel over nearby low cost hotels.
