Great location; good value, friendly staff, super clean room, the ability to request a certain type of room (eg, quiet, bed type, bed number)
Housekeeping entered my room even though I had the "Do not Disturb" sign on the doorknob. Minor glitch.
Clean. Friendly/helpful staff. Great value
Hotel is pretty much the cheapest in town. Expect very small rooms - basically just the bed and a bit leg room. Bathrooms were impressive - renovated and clean and a flat screen TV - so just the basics....
It was VERY clean and staff was great
The hotel lobby an room were neat and clean. It didn't feel small to me. The staff were nice an helpful. I had no problems at this hotel.
Parking can be tricky around this hotel. We had to park many blocks away.
Great location and room for the price in New York City. Room was small but very comfortable and nice. We were out and about most of the time anyway.
The location in Manhattan
The room are small but essential
Value for money, nice location near Central Park. Quiet place, no probs at all at night. Clean rooms!
Internet was not always applicable.
The staff sometimes was not so predisposed to give the information requested. The room was nice but very small.
