I especially appreciated: Lovely art in the common space Quiet, with bird-song from the park across the street Tea on the balcony - no extra charge even when I invited my friend over for tea. Comfortable bed, strong shower - one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I had anywhere in India. Friendly and helpful staff - including arranging pickup inside my train car when my arrival time was changed from daytime to nighttime. As a woman traveling alone I felt well-watched-out-for at Bnineteen. Noise from train station at night - I needed to wear earplugs. To get Indian breakfast I would have had to wait until 9 am so I ordered eggs and yogurt at 8 am instead, which was fine but not ideal. I should have asked ahead of time how much the taxi services cost. I don't think I would have made any different decisions, and the drivers arranged by Bnineteen were excellent, but the prices were higher than elsewhere in Delhi. But these are small concerns compared with the overall great experience staying at Bnineteen.
