Prós: Crew.. single person was okay. Overall company operation plus late flight was poor

Contras: Luggage handling could be better. Flight on schedule will be good.

Prós: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Contras: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Prós: The crew was super friendly and amazing at an incredibly tough and tense time due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A very stressful and long flight was made a bit better and I truly thank you guys for that.

Contras: I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Prós: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Contras: Window did not darken like the others.

Contras: Information on arrival time was not correct

Prós: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Contras: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Prós: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.

Contras: All positive.
