Price and location

Do to staffing issues the front desk was not manned upon our arrival, there were also other customers waiting. The only person available was a member of the housekeeping staff. Also the hotel parking was not onsite, it was located across the street at another hotel. This needs to be included in the booking information to prevent confusion.

Very good location - 5 minutes by bus (three stops) and 15-20 minutes by foot to the vaporetto (water bus) stop to Venice Island, quiet hotel and surrounding zone,close to the beach (5-10 minutes); very clean room; well functioning and very efficient air conditioning; very good (but not real italian) coffee at breakfast, comfortable bed and room

Very, very poor breakfast!!!! Only 4 types of flakes, cold milk, yoghurts, 2 types of juice, croissants, and all the rest is packed bread, packed jam, packed ham, packed processed cheese- disposable packed products that I can take away! I expected 3-4 types of ham in slices, cheese in slices, something served hot - like scrambled eggs, bacon toasted,sausages.Fruit -there was only apples when I expected 3-4 fruit more selected from the group of oranges,grapes,bananas,mandarines, mango, peaches, plums,etc.I know how is the italian/mediterranean breakfast, but when you stay 7 days and have every morning the same at breakfast (because you don't have an alternative) you just have an aversion!

Everything was perfect! Thanks to Adriano! No problem with communication in English. Room is conditioned. Breakfast and coffee were very good! We really love that hotel and will stay there again if we will come to Venezia.Location in Lido is much better than to stay in Venice like we did previous time!

The only minus is pretty expensive internet 5 eur/h which is usually nowadays free and included in the room cost.

Clean,small and quiet hotel,at good price

If you come to visiting Venice,forget it,because you lose an hour everytime (bus+vaporetto)

The staff was very nice very good location can reach all places of intereset by the ferry which is very frequent and another way to see the surroundings. Rooms are clean and comfortable very homely.

We liked the small size of the hotel. It seemed like a family run place which felt very light and friendly and a relaxing place to come back to after a day in the hurly-burly of Venice.

it would be nice to have some fruit/fruit salad offered at breakfast.
