Friendly staff who couldn't do enough to ensure a comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Great choice and standard of food in the main restaurant. A La Carter restaurants of great quality too.
A longer stay! We will return when all the current situation is over. They deserve our business and our patronage. Very happy to give it too based on this experience.

The resort is beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is diverse and tasted great. They have a lot of different restaurants for variety. The pool area is large with a separate area for kids. They also facilitate games to keep their guest occupied. You can play water polo, participate in water aerobics, beach volley ball, bocce, and there is entertainment provided at night.
The laundry service is a bit slow, especially when you ask for it back in the same day

Wifi was amazing and fast. Bedroom comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. UK plug under mirror in bedroom so could dry hair with own hairdryer. Animation team were fun. Pool service was great.
The buffet food was really quite a let down. I know buffets have a bad reputation but this is really one of the worst I have experienced. None of the food resembled what it said it was on the ticket. If you are happy stuffing yourself on eating breads and desserts of which there were plenty you will like the food. Some plain salad was okay and coleslaw was lovely. Other than that very hard to find things to eat apart from fresh omelette at breakfast. Breakfast was the best meal. Dinner the worst. All meat was overcooked and fatty or bony.

Wow! This place is amazing from the staff and the facilities. From the start they gave all us an upgraded room to deluxe which were all connected. The facilities was just incredible everything we needed was there. Restaurants are authentic and delicious so we didn't have to headache of trying to find a place to eat. The staff are great they go the extra mile, i will always remember Ali who I built a good relationship with. On the last day there was a sandstorm and the clean up job was incredible it was like the storm never happened. To tip my heavenly stay they gave us extra 2 hour until for our checkout which helped so much because our flight was next day early in the morning. They also said we can use the facilities after we have checked out until our driver comes to take us. Just wow they went above and beyond. Thank you for giving me and my family a amazing experience in Egypt.
