Brilliant hotel in the heart of Mandalay - provided us with everything we could have wanted for our stay. Staff were also lovely and willing to help at any time of the day or night. Breakfast on the top floor with a view over the city was great too!

Everything in the hotel was great - the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel's location was perfect, and breakfast was good too! Add in the great Value for money and there was nothing not to like.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Could not do enough for you. Comfy beds. OK breakfast on floor 9.
Not much of a view from our window but as we were only there in the dark it didn't matter.

Good location, simple rooms but have everything you need, breakfast was good.
When I tried to book an early morning taxi to the airport I was told different information from two staff members which confused things, including payment method. Wasn't sure if the second person was unsure of the system but he said I could't pay by credit card which in the end was actually possible.
