STAFF AND LOCATION
TEMPERATURE CONTROL ,(EVEN WHEN HEAT WAS ON THERE WAS A COLD DRAFT), STUB LIKE PILLOWS, FREE BREAKFAST COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS I HAVE STAYED AT WAS POOR AT BEST.

Location, room by the river and the convention center
Only one person at the desk and he was obviously overwhelmed and needed some help. Took an hour to get a rollaway and no pillow was brought with it. Room could use some updating and be cleaner.

The location of the room... pool side
Didn't get to use the hot tub as it was 112 degrees!!!!!! Also, breakfast person didn't show up to work on 11/9/19 so the breakfast was pretty much non-existent. Since both of the items based our decision to stay at the Ramada, it was a disappointing stay for our anniversary! Don't know if I'll book there again or encourage others to stay. One more thing... there is a vacant room to the right as you entered the hotel. The window was filthy and it was empty. This is the first sight guests will see, so you might want to address this soon!

There should have been some breakfast food but there was not!! Not even any coffee in the breakfast area!

Not very clean, toilet was very dirty, ash trays right in entry way so front of building and entrance is a smoke cloud
