The hotel was clean and located near downtown. There is a restaurant and pool that makes the hotel inclusive.
The size of the room and bathroom were smaller than my personal preference.

A little loud. Hotel is very close to the freeway. A/C was SUPER loud even on the "low" setting - sounded like a jet taking off.
It is close the the freeway and downtown. The staff were nice and pleasant, but it takes away a lot when they are smoking outside the lobby.
It is run down, the bed cover was patched, there were stains in the ceiling tiles. One of the elevators did not work. If your room is on the freeway side of the hotel it is noisy because the windows don't seal well. Parking is even though it is free, is limited, We literally had the last spot beside the garbage bins. The continetal breakfast looked pretty good, but the eggs were cold, there were not sausages or waffles left. It just seems that it was not monitored well, so items were not replenished in a timely manner. This was a last minute choice for us of what was left. We will probably not stay here again.
