Staff very kind. Place central and really clean, it’s not a chic one, but for a night or two is ok if you want to visit sant Cruz and don’t need to chill at the pension. Bathroom is at floor but for 4/5 rooms only. Watch out, there’s no lift and the pension has 3 floors.

The location was fairly central. The staff friendly. Comfortable beds. Own shower room and plenty of hot water.
It could be a bit noisy at reception area. Depending on who was working.The noise carries upstairs and it went on until late

The staff were extra helpful when we needed more blankets as it was cooler than expected. The location was ideal, easy walking from the ferry terminal.
