Little ramp to wheel suitcases up the 3 or 4 stairs to the lift from the lobby would be helpful. (There is wheelchair access to lift, but not suitcase access.)

hotel was central to the old town, sufficient local bars and cafes

dissapointed as it said on write up there was a private car park but did not stipulate only suitable for small cars, so difficult to find parking, which when found was very expensive, suggest you take the train

Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Spent a minimal amount of time there - on a sightseeing trip and only spent one night. Very central .

A little hard to find and the car park very awquard to get car in. Large car would find it impossible.

The hotel is located close to the city centre and is ideal for looking around the old town and visiting the 2 main bodegas.

The hotel does not have a bar and the drinks service in the hotel foyer is very limited.The third bed in a room is a sofa bed and leaves very little space to get in and out of either bed.

Car parking was good, location good, staff friendly.

Bathroom small, shower did not work properly there was a lot of limescale on the shower head. aircon unit was dirty full of dust
