Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

Great wet room set up. Felt like a luxury to have a bath in a Tokyo hotel room! Very convenient being so close to Shinjuku station (east exit). Great eco option where they make up your room with just the essentials like replacing towels and emptying bin. 7/11 downstairs was VERY helpful! Beautiful view from the window. Quiet in the room and hotel. Staff always lovely. Mini fridge very helpful, variety of light options in the room.

Just be aware that if you leave the hotel early in the morning, the streets may be quite dirty before the street cleaners come out.

Location can’t be beaten. In the heart of Shinjuku and right next to the main shopping area, definitely the best place to stay for location. Staff are extremely friendly, attentive and provide great service. Cleanliness is good with a great size bathroom: only downside is the room side and space in the room itself, fairly compact - so those wanting more space would be find somewhere bigger. Bed and pillows provided could be better, bed is rock hard and pillows vary from too soft to rock hard too. Apart from the issues, highly recommended

Loved our stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku! Room was comfortable and we were on the 29th floor so the views a were amazing. Location was great and close to restaurants and shops and train stations. The room was cleaned daily which was nice to come back to each night. Would highly recommend!

The location of this hotels is perfect, it is in the middle of everything in Shinjuku. While it is thriving, lively area outside, the rooms are quiet on the inside. The rooms come with blackout curtains to keep out the bright light. It is a 5 minute walk to Shinjuku station. there is a 7 Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor. You can easily walk to many department stores, Omoide Yokocho, Golden Gai, Shinjuku Gyoen, the Tolkyo Met. Gov't Building and more. The bathrooms are awesome and the twin rooms are quite spacious.

We accidentally arrived during the Coronavirus outbreak, the trip had been planned for months. The hotel had to change some of their services, specifically the breakfast, but there was nothing they could do for that. You can't offer a buffet during a pandemic. They did everything they could to make the guests safe while still offering a world class level of service and kindness.
