Very nice and comfortable room with a very nice view. Nice and big hot spring tub. The receptionists were very helpful.
The sliding door in between the balcony and room was making lots of noise as it was a windy day.

The room is very nice, clean and well maintain. I love the room's hot spring which is the highlight of this hotel. They provide free shutter service to send you down nearest train station.
The toilet is small and a little squeezy. Its very far from the train station, Suggest to take the free shutter service.

Room was fabulous cos we got upgraded to suite.
Location was a bit off but they do provide free pickup and drop off service to the metro station, however is not written anywhere in the confirmation or inform us in any form. We carried luggage all the way up and is really tiring.

I really appreciate their staff members! Super helpful, detail-minded and friendly, most of them can handle English speaking guests. Shuttle service makes it easy to commute between the subway station and the hotel. Love the location! It's close enough to the touristic side of thing but you get the serenity and quietness the Beitou district has to offer. Good breakfast with good variety of both local Taiwanese and western options.

Services are great and staffs are helpful. Although the locations a bit far from the train station, but they offered free shuttle.Very convenient.
Except room services hour is until 9:30 p.m. only ( which is normal in Taiwan) and we do not know how to turn on the towel heater , everything is great.
