The most impressive were the staff, from Check in to room service. The gentleman at the bar was very nice. The breakfast staff could have been more attentive at removing plates and more personalized attention to buffet customers.

Breakfast service. They should be trained to be attentive and remove used plates while customers are eating as the table gets crowded with service items.

Even though we asked for a room for a person with a wheelchair. The bed was too near the wall. No rail near we to stand. No chair seat in shower. Lifts slow. But I would come back again. Toilet near reception smells of urine near reception desk. Not inviting if seated near the bar waiting area.
