Excellent staff and location.

The facility needs updated, especially hallways and the WiFi does not work in the rooms. For what we paid I expected better linens, fresh fruit versus canned fruit and working WiFi.

Facilities could have been better without having to pay extra and while some staff were excellent ie the coffee shop others were terrible ie reception on check out and the poolside bar.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was central to everywhere. The pools were nice and clean. We went half board and the food was lovely, plenty of choice of meals to suit everyone. I got fish one night and it was cooked fresh infront of me, really nice. The cleaners were very friendly and did a brilliant job.

Only bad point, when checking in had to wait nearly an hour, staff on desk were very slow and I noticed same problem with others but after We got checked in had a pleasant stay, from bar staff to cleaners was made to feel very welcome. I would definately return to this hotel.

The Conquistador is an ideal situation and people return to this hotel year after year!

The hotel is at the center of the tourist area and at the same time by the beach front. The hotel is clean with good facilities. The swimming pool area is very well organised with four different sections of the swimming pools. The entertainment team is excellent and they always have something going especially for the kids. The food is excellent and of a very good quality. The staff is helpfull and friendly. Good value for money.

Having to wake up early in the morning and place your towels in sunbeds around the pool area to reserve a place for the rest of the day.
