Évora Olive Hotel

The staff was friendly but unfortunately they couldn't change the mistake they did. The breakfast was nice.

We were very disappointed about this hotel. 1. First, as we were on our honeymoon, we asked the property if they can provide a double bed which they said they will but arriving at the hotel we had the unpleasant surprise to see that our "double" bed was a combination of 2 twins and they told us that all the rooms are the same. They promised something that they couldn't deliver. 2. Secondly the pictures provided on booking are not depicting the reality of the rooms. Our bathroom was not even close to what you see in the pics. It is crampy small and old. 3. There are no chairs on the terrace 4. No coffee machine or tea maker, which is a standard in all 4 stars hotels 5. No slippers and no bathrobes which should be a standard in a 4star hotel 6. The outside pool is very small and very crowded. If the hotel is full you literally have to make an appointment to go to the pool and have some space. Overall it was a really bad hotel experience for us. We were thinking to stay more but we decided to even checkout earlier and choose another accommodation.
