Eventhotel Pyramide

Unfriedly, no restaurant, we booked an Executive Dubbleroom bot have to pay extra for the lounchroom???????

I had a fair at this hotel which made the commute easy.

No ironing boards nor irons availabe which I was told after 2 hours and asking for it 3 times the by a front desk clerk. Ironing room clear on the other side of the hotel with one broken iron. Mini bar that would not open en phone line that did not work. They are renovating and have not closed of this particular area. You can just walk into the broken down rooms

The awesome workout facilities and pool

The rooms were extremely noisy--the halls were not carpeted and you could hear everything at night and we were housed next to the convention rooms as well. we would not stay again if we couldn't get a better room. the front desk staff during the late afternoon was not very helpful--couldn't help much with restaurant info, etc.

The room was very clean, good size

expesnive parking or parking is far away ... notenough staff ...long checkin and checkout queues

Its a big hotel with fine service.

I did not like that there fore the moment was no fitnesscenter at the hotel.
