Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk to marina, 5minutes walk to bus/train station. Aqua Ria is located in the heart of Faro, very clean place, comfortable bed, great facility . Absolute pleasure to stay in Aqua Ria. Will recommend for everybody. !!!!!!!

Everything. Great location, comfortable large rooms with a brilliant decor. Friendly, helpful staff and superb breakfast. My second stay. Will stay here again in the future.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was great, very spacious and the bathroom was excellent. The beds were comfy and the cleaning staff were brilliant. Breakfast was adequate, not as hot as it could be but was nice. We ate in the hotel on 3 evenings and the meals were very good. We would definitely stay here again.

The lift from the ground floor was not working properly and this was for the duration of our stay which was 4 nights. Sometimes it worked and sometimes we had to walk up the stairs. It wasn't a problem for us but could be for someone who wasn't good with stairs. In fairness someone did come out to mend it on our 3rd day but didn't have the right part part with him so he was having to come back.

This is my 3rd time staying in this nice boutique hotel. So obviously the attraction is there. Location brilliant. Large rooms with large beds and large bathrooms. Modest but always fresh breakfast. With excellent coffee. The staff is the pride of this hotel.

They need to attend to costless but needed repairs. Otherwise the hotel will fall into destepair. Lift did not work on arrival. Toiletpaper holder was not fixed properly. Washbasin the same. The restaurant toilet door could not lock. All small things that does not cost a lot to fix.
