Prós: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Contras: Nothing,just the seats. Cleanliness was perfect

Prós: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.

Contras: All positive.

Contras: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Contras: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Contras: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Prós: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Contras: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Prós: The time and the route and seat pitch.

Contras: Food and crew.

Prós: The crew was super friendly and amazing at an incredibly tough and tense time due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A very stressful and long flight was made a bit better and I truly thank you guys for that.
