Hotéis perto de Euro 2020: Ukraine vs Play-off D (Bucharest)

Prós: Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!

Contras: It could have happened.

Prós: Love the Airbus, roomy.

Contras: Better entertainment movies, food are boring.

Contras: Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience.

Contras: The pancake was not cooked enough couldn’t eat it

Prós: Crew is very attentive and working hard during trying times.

Contras: My chairs screen in particular was very difficult to use because the touch screen was not working 90% of the time.
