Contras: I was charged 120 dollars for my luggage and I bought the ticket with the impression that it was included. The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again.

Contras: DELAY

Contras: Boarding procesa...an absolute mess

Prós: Nothing

Prós: Great crwe and Nice seat

Contras: There was not enough include meals and drinks

Prós: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Contras: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Prós: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach

Contras: Nothing

Prós: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.

Contras: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Contras: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Prós: A tripulação poderia cuidar mais das pessoas e não ficar foçada na venda de produtos. Não foi servido nem um cafezinho e nem um copo de água no voo de Amsterdã a Madri.

Contras: Poderia ter mais espaco entre as cadeiras.

Contras: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Contras: The chain in was slow an tedious.

Contras: Air Europa charged for food.

Prós: The Dreamliner airplane.

Contras: The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess

Prós: Departed on time, nice entertainment

Contras: Food could have been better, for such a long trip beverages service was scarce
