Contras: Our itinerary changed months ago. We showed up at 4:00 am for our (new) 6:00 am flight expect that delta hadn’t alerted the Tuxtla Gutiérrez airport of the change so we had to go back to our original itinerary of flying out at 9:30 am. We were NOT happy to have gotten up at 3:00 in the morning with the kids to end up having to sit an extra 3 hours (5 hours total) in a tiny airport to fly out at the original time I had chosen.

Prós: US based airlines should take a lesson from AeroMexico - reasonable prices and the services we used to receive without additional charges: snack, food, 1 bag checked without fee, leg room! Thank god I Iive just south of Vancouver and can floy out of there instead of an American airport with greedy American-based airlines.

Contras: I am completely satisfied with my experience

Contras: Dirty plane, plane was late and my screen didn't work. Flight attendant was flippant.

Prós: The crew did their job well but they made us check in our carry on luggage unnecessary which delayed me leaving the airport.

Contras: If they had not made us check in our carry on

Prós: Wheelchair service for seniors

Prós: Entretenimento

Contras: No voo da cidade do México para Guadalajara perdi a conexão chegando no portão de embarque com 20 minutos de antecedência e o painel de voos indicando BOARDING. Não houve nenhum assistência da cia no deslocamento para a conexão e me fizeram pagar nova tarifa/nova passagem.

Prós: The entire experience was great. Flight was at 1 got to the airport at 1208. They got me and my oversized luggage on the plane in time for take off.

Contras: The meal was a pasta with no protein. While delicious, along side it’s compliments of a salad, bun and yogurt, it was no bueno for someone avoiding carbs. Obviously a pathetic comment but one none the less.

Contras: An extra food option could have been better. Very nice flight overall
