Prós: The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Contras: I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Prós: The on-board entertainment

Contras: More food, more water

Prós: Impossibilidade de marcar assentos, mesmo realizando o check-in antecipado. Durante o desembarque não foi entregue o carrinho de bebe que foi entregue no portão de embarque.

Contras: Possibilidade de marcar assentos com check-in antecipado. Entrega no tempo correto de carrinhos de bebe entregues no portão de embarque.

Prós: NOTHING because they cancelled the flight and wanted to charge me 100% more for an alternate flight during the corona virus crisis. They were price gouging which is unforgivable

Contras: Their leadership has much to do in terms of their actions in a pandemic situation. Shame on them!!!

Prós: The flight got cancelled without any communication with me. No refund, very poor customer service.

Contras: Communication!!!

Prós: Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned.

Contras: A different airline

Prós: Amazing punctuality, both on the way out to Lisbon and on the return to London.

Contras: Cannot really think of anything that needed attention on these flights.

Prós: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Contras: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Contras: Easy checkin, friendly staff, nice quick flight

Prós: Yes, it was comfortable and they r nice.

Contras: Ummmm delayed both flights were delayed, it was annoying

Prós: The lady checking me in was nice

Contras: Items were stolen from my bag

Prós: I could not fly. No return ticket on march 23, 2020. Justfly.com did not help me

Contras: It is always better to buy tickets through the airline.
