Contras: It was good enough.

Prós: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Contras: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Prós: The crew were friendly enough and willing to serve.

Contras: The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Prós: They were very nice! Always a smile, even after 10 hours with us!

Contras: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Prós: Arrived early, nice bus. Class lounges

Contras: Friendly flight attendants, more comfort . Better food. Faster service

Prós: Crew was very nice

Contras: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Contras: I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!

Contras: Internet speed is weak.

Prós: The crew is excellent but the seats are not comfortable enough. There should be a way to balance money and comfort,not just placing people in seats they do not fit into

Contras: Nothing,just the seats. Cleanliness was perfect

Prós: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Contras: Window did not darken like the others.

Prós: Nothing

Contras: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Prós: Overall a nice and good flight

Contras: Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting...
