the rooms size and style
This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience. The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
The customer service was outstanding! So professional and attentive. Can't wait to go back! I can't say anything but great things .
The best part was necessarily the SPA, gym and swimming pool which can make a major diffrence in any hotel stay. The staff manning the cafe and restaurants clealry requires more experinence and effectiveness.
Staff very helpful Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.
Good upmarket hotel at reasonable price with helpful & friendly staff
This was a great place Nothing bad to say here
Location and atmosphere Received a queen size not the king and there were issues with the minibar
A fabulous location, with great views of the Harbour, made the start of our New England trip something to remember
View of the sea & quality service Breakfast not included in price. Overall cost too expensive (bed+breakfast+taxes)= more than 400 euros per night)
The Meritage Restaurant was outstanding. Our view was magnificent and the staff was very attentive, they seem to like what they are doing. The maid service was a bit inconsistent.
breakfast at this hotel is below hotel standards!!!
The hotel is but not more than that !
A tad expensive, but beautiful for that special treat. Location, quality, services, staff friendliness, all 10/10.
Wonderful location with a world class view of the Boston Harbor, the airport across the bay and the flashing lighthouse at the mouth of the Atlantic beyond. Very good downstairs staff, lovely restaurant and bar, and spectacular if you like boats, the water, watching the weather and walking to the aquarium, etc. Easy to get to by water taxi from the airport -- an adventure. The sheet on the bed had what was certainly a fresh red blood drop on it -- like someone had cut them selves and didn't know while making the bed -- when we finally came in late the first night. The staff took care of this and the room was very clean after that.
The staff could not have been nicer in particular the Concierge Desk It was expensive but because it was a conference we stayed there
spa , pool . close to gardens .with transportation. good food at a fair price $44.00 parking was a one time fee which is fair.will promote and stay again everthing was great!
Excellant facility, perfect location, easy walk to Little Italy and other shopping, Fennial Hall. NO
