Low price Rooms were pretty small, if one person stood there was not enough room to walk around them. But by far the biggest issue was the AC... It was hot and uncomfortable,
The quality and cleanliness of the room. How easily we could hear other patrons conversing in their own rooms.
Pretty good hotel. Can't really think of any negatives.
Close to airport Air conditioner did not work well.
The carpet around the edges need to be vaccumned. You can see an inch or two of dust around the edges.
Location, parking, value Quite a throwback to the 50's and 60's; décor, furnishings but they were adequate for our needs.
The beds were very comfortable and the hotel in itself had a cute theme. Didn't eat at their restaurant only because I didn't have time. Staff was polite and curtious. Smelled good Could have been cleaner. The carpet had some stains, especially on the side next to the a/c unit, looks like there was water stains that they just covered up with carpet.
the design and vibe. Not your boring suburban uninspiring place. restaurant opener was late so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast.
Super affordable and actually clean. The bed was really comfy too. Wish there were women at the front desk and breakfast served earlier
Room was fine for the short time we spent there and the adjoining café had decent food When we arrived at 1am at the airport the four of us had to wait over 45 minutes for the 24hr free shuttle - which is not a shuttle, but a local taxi. When we arrived at the Lodge we were informed that the Lodge only covered $10 of the $18 cab fare. When we returned to the airport the next morning the free shuttle (taxi) told us we had to pay an $18 fare. Later that day we called the Lodge to inform them of the "fleecing" by the taxi and they told us they would refund our money - we have not heard anything back. Suggest staying somewhere else.
Nothing, this was the worst place I stayed and not worth the money! The room was old, dirty, the carpet was obviously filthy and room was not worth sleeping in. My bathroom was atrocious and came from a nightmare 1970's B film. I was thinking it was going to be a rustic, unique experience, but what it turned out to be was just the opposite. The rooms said non-smoking, but the hall smelled of fresh cigarettes. I feel bad because this place could have potential, but is just not good, especially for the high price I paid. My bedding had stains on it and I slept with a bat in my room because I didn't feel safe.
Booked the room for a friend who was traveling through the area. She arrived at 10:00pm after a 10 hour drive. She stated the room was dirty and sheets were stained. She did not stay and kept driving on towards her destination.
Everything, very helpful staff. Nothing
We were put into a smoking room and it was horrible.
Front desk lady was monotone and rude. Took forever to find my reservation in the computer. Charged me more than what my online booking said it would be. Had reservation down for 4 adults when I booked it for 2 adults. Booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a smoking room. Bed sheets had stains on them.
I stayed there the night before I needed to fly out from the airport with my young daughter. When putting her to bed she asked me, Daddy what is this all over the comforter. When I looked there was blood stains all over it. This is extremely unacceptable. You either bleach the hell out of it to remove it or throw it away. If I hadn't left at 4 o'clock in the morning I would have demanded my money back. Totally disgusting and I would never stay there again. The proprietor at the front desk seemed very nice but the shape of the room was disgusting.
