The staff is really helpful and friendly, it definitely adds to a feeling of a pleasant stay.
Large size for a room.
The ENTIRE hotel smelled like smoke. The hallways, elevators and the rooms all smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel was fine. The room was a good size, but the ENTIRE hotel smelled like smoke! The hallways, elevators and the rooms all smelled like cigarette smoke.
Staff was friendly and engaged.
Cable TV reception was simply bad.
Great room and excellent staff.
NoneOutstanding place to stay!!!
nothing. I was left off at 8:30pm by my ride at the Extended Stay America and my ride left. It turned out that there were 2 locations near eachother of this hotel and I was at the WRONG one. They would NOT let me use my reservation at this location.
I had to pay $50 for a taxi to help me find the correct location and we could not find it - I was stuck on the highway for 1 hour and never ended up staying. I want my money refunded. Horrible experienceSee above - they did not let me stay in the location I was dropped off at - they said you booked thru Priceline so we won't do anything for you.
The rooms have been recently upgraded and have a comfortable bed, and the unusual advantage not found in even the most expensive hotels, namely, TWO DESKS & TWO DESK CHAIRS, TV and Internet service are good, Minimum but adequate number of kitchen uten
Skimpy 'Fast' Breakfast Even at 8 am they are often out of oranges crunch bars & muffins Seems they purposefully limit the food for cost savings No place for an elderly person to sit in lobby while waiting to be checked in NO LEGAL Parking sOne needs to illegally park in an handicap spot to check in NO legal spot is available. They did a MAJOR upgrade recently by purchasing a second luggage cart and they have a note on the cart reminding guests to return them to the lobby. Very difficult to find the hotel because they are too cheap to trim the trees around the hotel sign which is i]obscured and cannot be seen until one is past the entrance requiring a major U turn that is a round trip of 4 to...

- Bedsheets were terrible - FREE Breakfast was a table-top with coffee, stale pre-packaged muffins and packets of ready-to-eat Oatmeal! This hotel was terrible! It looked nice on the outside, but the insides were shabby! - The bedsheets were nasty, so were the pillows. - Covers/Duvets were dirty and worse than covers in college dorms. - It advertized a 'FREE Breakfast', but the breakfast itself was non-existent. They put out some coffee, a few stale pre-packaged muffins and packets of ready-to-eat Oatmea!! I've had better breakfasts at motels like Days Inn! - It was located off of US 1, but there's nothing else closeby, you have to drive a LONG ways to get anything. If this review seems harsh, its because for the price I paid for this terrible hotel, I could have picked much better options. This is the first time that a Priceline Express Deal has let me down :( I hope you don't make the same mistake.
Desk clerk gave us key to a room where someone else was staying. Made only cursory apology for sending us to the wrong room. 'Breakfast' was only packaged muffins and instant oatmeal; when they ran out did not refill food.
