the room was not clean. The curtains in the room were stained and disgusting. I had to make sure my daughters didn't touch them.The staff was very friendly.

The room was clean and the staff courteous and professional.
There wasn't enough parking and there was a $10 a day charge for wifi.I've travel a lot both domestically and intenationally and I grewup in Florida. So, I've stayed a many vacation resorts. I'd consider this hotel far below par for a vacation resort.
Walking distancec to the Beach.
My reservation was for a Condo with a kitchenette. They did not bother to mention they did not have one available. I found out once I was in the room.Nothing to tell I have visited better in the Mytrle beach area.
The location was good....right on the beach & close to many things.
The room was not what was pictured. The pics are deceiving, they show the new part of the building, but MANY of the rooms are in an older building. Housekeeping creeper US out by folding our dirty clothes (yes, a stranger touched my undies & lingerie)!We had no hot water for our entire stay. The manager, Trevor did upgrade us to a king bed so my husband & I could be in the same bed. This was something we had called & asked for the month prior to our stay, so being treated like it was an outrageous request & then wanting to charge extra for it was quite disappointing. The gym equipment was outdated & two out of the three elliptical machines were broken.
The fact that the toilet still had urine in it. I was charged a resort fee for no reason and was told the only reason was the fact I used priceline to book my reservation.
Location was great. True beachfront hotel!Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This off season trip was priced excellent. Hotel is close enough to enjoy all Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The personal, simply the best, from Mr. Earl Morris, who didn't even upset me with the tour, Patty was terrific and all the rest of the staff, even the maintaince man stopped to ask could he turn the hot tub back on for us .
We love it all , but there was one thing , our time was to short at this Hotel, this is the area we love to come to , and have done it for 40 years but this was our first time at the hotel. The linens were clean and unscented which was great for people .Simply one of the best hotels , we stayed in the tower and i would highly recommend this hotel for families vacations, one night get aways ,Special events, even the house keeping manager stopped to discuss our stay . His house keeping staff was terrific. The hot tub was wonderful and a terrific exercise room, the view was fabalous . Well i guess you can tell we enjoyed it and will return , oh and we were no one special , its appears they treat all customers this way, what a con...
