Great rooms and fresh spring water dispensers. HOT AND GREEN TO BOOT.... Thanks club quarters!!
Hard to get maid service if u want to speed in..,, there wake up call service is not reliable. Restuturant sucks! Guests need key to come up to room!Security was amazing! Safe too!!
the day we were leaving they were exterminating bed bugs in room next to us
The hotel was fine.I did not have a problem with the hotel at all. The problem was with Priceline. When I ordered the room it had a bed selection option. I selected the most expensive which included a queen bed and pull out couch. When we arrived we received a basic room with one bed and no pullout. were told we had only paid for a standard room. However the option in Priceline for the standard room was significantly cheaper, and I would have selected that from the start if I knew I would have got that room either way and no matter if I paid more or not.
It was fantastic, very convenient location, great value you for the money. Right in the financial district it is an easy walk to many destinations and the room was very comfortable and well appointed. Love the self-serve bottled water in the hall.
The parking was slightly inconvenient due to the fact you had to go around the block to backtrack to the garage, but no big deal. Also in the afternoon I could clearly hear voices as people roamed around the hallway, but wasn't an issue later at night. The pillows were some of the best I've ever encountered, the black-out blinds were great and I liked the books they stocked in the room. Also free wi-fi! I didn't check out the adjoining restaurant/pub, but it looked intriguing, especially the beer selection. The staff seemed friendly, check in and out was easy. Parking was very reasonable, and they have a valet option if you didn't feel like schlepping the two blocks. I was extremely impressed with this ho...
Elevator by key card only; guest services closet on the floor (for extra coffee, pillows, towels, etc.); free cold bottled water!
Bar attached to it
Couch looked and felt like dorm furniture. Hallways were narrow and cruddy. Our 'suite' was darn small.
Probably some of the nicest hotel staff I have encountered. I called down about a noisy guest in the hall and the manager promptly took care of the issue. So close to TD Garden and the North End that we never needed a cab. Love the purified water!!
The one room near the elevator was a bit loud but not terrible.Club Quarters was unbelievably inexpensive for the value. So close to everything. The purified water machines and bottles was such a nice change from the expensive bottles offered to buy in most hotel chains. The cappuccino/espresso machine was a big hit with our entire group. We had a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel.
The location was great and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very small. This was the smallest hotel room I have stayed in.
Location is optimal for financial district and $25/night discounted parking available
Bare-bones, fitness center not open 24 hours, great if you just need a room to crash
